  5. If you have the  USERNAME ID and name of sponsor where the pin is to be transferred to (so the sponsor can complete the order).

    - Your full name (first and last name)
    - Account USERNAME (4-15 alpha-numeric characters with no spaces)

    - Your email address
    - Your phone number
    - Your shipping address

  • (3) Submit the form

    Complete payment via PayPal or Credit Card.
